JB46 Announces Final Close of €40 Million Fund III

JB46 Partners, a leading institutional investor in search funds and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA), today announced the final close of its third dedicated fund, JB46 SFI III, FCRE, and associated vehicles, with total commitments of €40 million. The fund was oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap in less than twelve months of fundraising, underscoring strong support from both returning and new investors.

The new fund will continue JB46 Partners’ strategy of backing exceptional entrepreneurial talent to acquire and grow small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe, the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. To date, the firm has supported more than 180 search fund teams globally and recently completed the first acquisition of Fund III in the United States, backing Gallagher Bros Construction.
