Search Funds in Poland - Read the 2026 Report

The Polish Search Fund Study 2026 is now available - the first report of its kind to map the search fund ecosystem in Poland.

The study was presented in Warsaw to a room of searchers, CEOs, investors and advisors.

Some key findings from the report:
‍

• Since 2018, 13 search funds have launched in Poland. Eight have acquired a company and three have already exited.
• Searchers screened an average of 5,500 companies over 26 months before completing an acquisition.
• More than 80% of the capital behind Polish search funds comes from abroad, which points to a significant opportunity for both international and local investors.
